Rattie Ratz's Fee Schedule
|
Due to the ever increasing costs of doing anything related to animal rescue, we will be implementing "fees" very soon. Up until now, Rattie Ratz has operated on a "donation" basis only but our costs are exceeding the donations we bring in and we need to ensure that we continue to have the funds needed to give these animals the proper care and maintenance they require.
To help offset the cost of neutering or spaying our foster rats, the adoption fees are set accordingly. Rattie Ratz tries to find the most affordable spay/neuters available. The fixed rat adoption fee does not cover the transportation to/from the surgery, the post-surgery hospice care, or any of the food, bedding, and other supplies the rat has required in the Rattie Ratz foster home. Now that you see all that, the fixed rat adoption fee is a great deal!

We provide spays or neuters to adoptable rats when it is deemed necessary, and hope that you, too, will get your rats neutered!
